The short version

This page doesn't capture your face. If you fill in a form, we keep what you wrote so we can answer you, and nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no newsletter.

Who we are

Altidem is made by Future Dynamic, Segment 3, Box C2257, 6921 RC Duiven, The Netherlands (KvK 54387701), who decide what happens to this data. Questions or requests: hello@altidem.com.

What we keep, and why

• Waitlist: your email address and the date, to tell you when you can make your avatar. We do this with your consent, which you give by joining and can withdraw at any time.
• Platform form: your work email, company and message, and the date, to reply and talk about working together. This is our legitimate interest in answering you.

Where it is, and for how long

It's stored in Vercel's private storage in Frankfurt. Vercel hosts this site for us as our processor, and its short-lived server logs include IP addresses.

A message from the platform form also reaches us by email. Resend sends it and Google Workspace holds our mailbox, both as our processors. They are US companies, so this data can leave the EU, under the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses. The same goes for anything you send to our address. Waitlist addresses don't go through either. Nobody else gets your details, and we don't sell them.

We delete a waitlist address after we've told you we're open, or after 24 months if we haven't by then. We keep platform messages for 24 months after our last contact.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, at the address above. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
